What does it take to be a great Library Learning Commons assistant? What are your strengths? Talk about the things you do well. To be a great library learning commons assistant, one must be diligent and willing to improve upon their own weaknesses. My strengths are that whenever i do something, I’ll generally do it to the best of my abilities. If someone comes to the library asking for help about a book or library related topic, I try my best to help with the knowledge that I have. What are your weaknesses in this class and why? How can you improve? I have a few weaknesses. Sometimes I can be lazy and get off task, and things won’t get done very quickly but it always gets done. It usually comes down to my motivation.
